The Penguin and the Bear Custom Cookies began a few years ago when I took an online cookie decorating class and absolutely fell in love. As a graphic designer, I quickly found that cookie design gave me another fun, collaborative and creative outlet that brings joy to my clients.

The name "Penguin and Bear" is a nod to my two, beautiful sons who's favorite stuffies are "PD the Penguin" and "Winnie the Pooh" (also lovingly known as "Pooh Bear.")

I live in Cranston, RI with my husband, two sons, PD and Pooh Bear and our favorite rescue dog, Rocket. I love all things creative and when I'm not creating cookies, you can find me on stage performing in local community theater or singing at church.
